Isabelle tate 9-1-1: Nashville Star Isabelle Tate’s Cause of Death Announced After Her Death at 23
The cause of death of actress Isabel Tate has been clarified.
According to an obituary published by a local funeral home, Tate was 23 years old when she passed away on October 19th. She had graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and had landed her first acting role on 9-1-1: Nashville just before her death.

On Thursday, October 23rd, Tate’s talent agency, The McCray Agency, announced in an Instagram Story post that the actress died from “a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.” She died “peacefully” on October 19th, and her family “requests privacy to recover from this sudden and shocking loss.”
According to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA), “CMT is a rare multi-system, multi-organ disease that causes lifelong, progressive symptoms, including muscle weakness and atrophy in the arms and legs, sensory loss, and other complications.” “These symptoms often cause difficulties with balance, walking, hand use, and other daily activities.”
The McCray Agency provided a link to donate to the CMTA and said, “In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Izzy’s memory be made at the same link.”

The post’s caption read, “We are deeply saddened and shocked to announce that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th. She was 23 years old.” “I’ve known Izzy since she was a teenager, and she recently returned to acting. She auditioned for the first series, 9-1-1: Nashville. She had a great time.”

In a statement shared with People, McVay said he was “shocked” to hear the news of Tate’s death and offered “prayers for her family.”
He said, “I didn’t know Isabel before filming, but in my early days on set, I couldn’t have worked with anyone better.”
