Thanks to the brave men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard, dozens of victims were rescued during the catastrophic flooding caused by Typhoon Halong in Western Alaska.

@USCG air crews rescued 34 people and also successfully helped evacuate an additional 28 people from a temporary shelter.

The Coast Guard continues to support the state of Alaska’s response efforts in impacted communities.
